Holiday Update: Friday, October 2nd 2026
Hey all,
We are now officially on holidays and checkouts have now been closed.
Please note that all orders that were placed and paid for prior to checkout being closed have already been packed and shipped.
If you have any questions or concerns or would like your tracking number in the meantime, please do not hesitate to email us at info@ugloz.is and we'll be happy to assist you further.
As a side note, please be mindful that our customer support team will be operating on reduced “skeleton” hours while they enjoy some well earned time off too. The team will still be checking in periodically to respond to urgent enquiries but please be aware that response times may be longer than usual.
Checkout is scheduled to reopen upon our return on Friday, October 16th @ 2:00 pm (AEST) and the whole team will be back in the office and ready to resume normal operations on Monday, October 19th.
ALSO PLEASE REMEMBER TO STAY VIGILANT:
We do NOT operate from any other web site, we do not operate on any social media platforms, and we absolutely do not accept orders or payments through any messaging services (such as Threema, Signal, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc) or email.
Anyone that is claiming to be us while the web site is closed for the holiday (or during any downtime) is trying to scam you!
As always, we greatly appreciate your continued support and we'll catch up with you all when we return in a couple of weeks!
